• Speed Limit & Modification: This scooter is strictly limited to 25 Km/Hr, which you have verified and accepted. The company will not allow or perform any speed upgrades or unlocking. Consequently, you cannot file a complaint about the vehicle being too slow or request the company to increase its speed later on.
• Warranty Conditions: To keep your scooter's warranty valid, you must strictly use original company parts. Making any other modifications to the vehicle, or making any alterations to the battery and charger, is strictly prohibited. If you get it serviced by an outside, unauthorized mechanic, your warranty will be completely voided.
• Default Battery: The standard battery included with this specific scooter model by default is a VRLA (Lead-Acid) battery.
• Lithium Battery Risks: Upgrading from the standard battery to a Lithium Battery is entirely your own decision. Because lithium batteries are sensitive to extreme weather conditions (such as intense heat or cold), any damage, degradation, or safety issues caused by environmental factors will be your sole responsibility. The company will not be liable for any weather-related battery failures.
